I think my colleague is being treated differently… and it’s obvious

There’s something happening in my workplace that everyone can see… but no one talks about. One colleague gets treated very differently compared to others. Same role, same responsibilities… but not the same treatment. Less recognition, less opportunity, less patience. And it’s not because they’re not capable. If anything, they work harder than most people here. The unfairness isn’t loud or obvious enough to call out easily. But it shows up in small ways, repeatedly. And over time, you can see it affecting them. They’ve stopped speaking up as much. That’s the part that bothers me the most. Not just what’s happening… but how normal it’s becoming for everyone else. I don’t know if I should say something or stay out of it. But ignoring it doesn’t feel right either.
