Terms of Use
These terms govern access to and use of HearMeo. By creating an account, posting content, or using the platform, you agree to follow these rules and use the product responsibly.
HearMeo exists to support real conversations, emotional expression, safer anonymous sharing, and trust-based communities.
Users must not use HearMeo for abuse, harassment, fraud, impersonation, illegal activity, or deliberate harm to others.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for the account information you provide and for the activity that occurs through your account.
You must not create accounts using false identities in a way that is deceptive, abusive, or intended to manipulate other users or the platform.
2. Content and ownership
You retain responsibility for the content you post on HearMeo, including threads, replies, status updates, comments, profile material, topic participation, and uploads.
By posting content, you grant HearMeo the right to host, display, process, moderate, and operate that content within the platform experience.
Anonymous posting does not remove responsibility for content. HearMeo may retain private accountability information behind the scenes for moderation and safety.
3. Prohibited behavior
You may not use HearMeo to:
- harass, threaten, intimidate, or shame others
- post hateful, violent, exploitative, or abusive content
- impersonate people or misrepresent identity
- spam, manipulate, scrape, or attack the platform
- evade moderation or safety controls
- use anonymous flows for deception, abuse, or targeted harm
- post illegal content or content that violates others’ rights
4. Moderation and enforcement
HearMeo may review, restrict, remove, de-rank, or escalate content or accounts when necessary to protect users, communities, and the platform.
Enforcement may include warnings, removals, reaction restrictions, account restrictions, temporary locks, topic moderation actions, or permanent bans.
Anonymous and guest content may be reviewed using private backend identity records when required for abuse or safety handling.
HearMeo may use moderation systems, escalation workflows, and platform protections to maintain a high-trust environment.
Joining communities, following users, reacting, replying, and posting all come with a responsibility to participate respectfully.
5. Availability and changes
HearMeo may evolve over time. Features, moderation processes, safety tooling, or access rules may be updated as the platform grows.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but we aim to operate the service in a reliable and responsible way.
