HearMeo Guidelines

Community Guidelines

HearMeo is meant to feel safe, human, and emotionally breathable. These guidelines define the culture we want: honest expression, respectful listening, and lower harm.

Lead with care

Assume there is a real person on the other side. Respond with care, even when you do not agree.

Respect the space

Communities work when people contribute honestly without turning every conversation into conflict, performance, or manipulation.

Safety matters

If content is abusive, threatening, exploitative, or seriously harmful, it may be removed or escalated.

What we encourage

  • honest stories, thoughtful posts, and real emotions
  • supportive replies and respectful disagreement
  • giving context instead of attacking people
  • helpful reactions, constructive feedback, and healthy participation
  • using anonymous flows responsibly when privacy is important
  • reporting harmful behavior instead of escalating fights

What is not allowed

  • targeted harassment, bullying, humiliation, or repeated hostility
  • hateful, violent, exploitative, or abusive content
  • threats, intimidation, or incitement of harm
  • spam, scams, manipulation, or deceptive posting
  • impersonation or fake identity use intended to mislead or harm
  • using anonymous posting to attack, stalk, deceive, or evade accountability
  • sharing private information about others without permission
  • coordinated abuse, dogpiling, or bad-faith moderation evasion
Anonymous posting guidance

Anonymous posting exists to protect vulnerable expression, not to enable cruelty. Privacy is respected, but anonymity should not be used as a weapon.

Moderation response

Depending on severity, HearMeo may warn, restrict, remove, hide, escalate, or suspend users or content to protect the community.
