I made one mistake at work… and now that’s all I’m known for

I’ve been working at my company for a while now. Overall, I’ve done decent work. Nothing extraordinary, but nothing bad either. Then one thing went wrong. A mistake that affected a deliverable. It wasn’t intentional, and I fixed it as soon as I could. But ever since then, I feel like that’s all people remember. In meetings, I get double-checked more than others. I feel like I have to prove myself again for everything. Even when I do things right, it doesn’t seem to matter as much. It’s like one mistake changed how I’m perceived. And now I’m constantly anxious about making another one. Has anyone been able to recover from something like this?
